.EU domain registration - order
.eu domain is designated for the member states of the European Union. Anyone who fulfils one of the following conditions can register it: businessmen and companies with their registered office in the EU member state, organizations established in the EU member state, persons with permanent residence on EU state territory.EURid consortium is a .eu domain administrator. .eu domain registration is done by accredited registrars only (EURid is not a registrar). .eu domain may be owned by the above stated subjects (organizations, companies and persons with their registered office in the EU).
The domain may include alphanumeric characters (letters without diacritical marks and numbers) and a hyphen for separating the terms only, a hyphen must not occur either at the beginning or at the end of the domain.
